About Us

Downstream.co.nz is a site launched out of frustration. Frustration there was no real on-line presence for kiwi musicians to network, meet each other and form bands or find an outlet for musical creativity.

Hopefully the site as it currently looks is just the start, with other features to be added over time.

First, though, we want to get as many kiwi musicians as possible fired up about the possibilities of being able to network online, and to continue to fine work done by the generations who’ve come before.
